Las Vegas's Owner-Operated Pool Leak Specialists
Most pool leaks aren't obvious, and most "leak detection" companies hand you a report and walk away. Southern Nevada Leak Detection does it differently.
We're a small, owner-operated team with over a decade of experience finding and fixing pool leaks across the Las Vegas Valley. When you call, you get one of the owners (Nick or Kevin) on the phone. When we show up, you get one of the owners on the job. No call centers, no rotating techs, no guesswork.
What sets us apart: we don't just find the leak. We fix it. From cracked plumbing under your deck to leaking skimmers, light niches, and equipment lines, we handle the repair on the spot whenever possible. One company, one invoice, one accountable team.
Whether you're a homeowner watching your water bill climb, a property manager dealing with a problem pool, or an HOA looking for a reliable detection partner, we'll get you answers fast and fair pricing every time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about your pool or spa? Call us at (508) 641-4529 or check the answers below.
How much does pool leak detection cost in Las Vegas?
Most pool leak detection jobs in the Las Vegas Valley fall in a typical range that depends on pool size, the symptoms, and how much testing is required. We give an upfront, all-in quote before we start, with no surprise charges. Call us for a free phone estimate.
How fast can you come out?
Most appointments are scheduled within the same week, and we often have next-day availability. If you've got a fast-leaking pool or active water loss, tell us when you call and we'll prioritize.
Will you actually fix the leak, or just find it?
Both. Unlike most leak detection companies, we handle the repair too. Plumbing, skimmers, equipment, light niches, we fix what we find, usually on the same visit. One company, one invoice.
How do you find a pool leak?
We use multiple methods depending on what your pool's telling us: pressure testing the plumbing lines, dye testing the shell, electronic listening gear (hydrophones), and visual inspection of equipment. We don't rely on guesswork, we test until we know.
Do you work on commercial pools, HOAs, and apartment complexes?
Yes. We service residential, commercial, HOA, hotel, and apartment-complex pools and spas across Clark County.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Southern Nevada Leak Detection is a fully licensed, insured Nevada LLC. License and insurance certificates available on request.
How can I tell if my pool is actually leaking, or just losing water to evaporation?
The easiest at-home test is the bucket test: place a bucket of water on the pool step, mark both water levels, and check after 24 hours. If the pool drops more than the bucket, you have a leak. We can also walk you through it on the phone, call us before you book if you're not sure.
Do you service spas and hot tubs?
Yes. Built-in spas, attached pool/spa combos, and standalone hot tubs. Same detection process, same in-house repairs.
